Ian is a pragmatic advisor and litigator. He takes the time to understand his clients’ businesses, issues and goals, and to provide advice to assist clients achieving those goals both prior to and during the litigation process. A lawyer since 2005, Ian has the depth and breadth of experience to provide practical and strategic advice and representation to his clients in even the most complex of disputes.

For over twenty years, Ian has advised and represented clients in the resolution of disputes. Ian has a dispute resolution/litigation practice focusing on matters relating to construction law and disputes within the construction industry, with particular experience in complex litigation. Additionally, Ian’s practice involves matters relating to insurance law (including fraudulent claims, coverage disputes and claims of bad faith), employment law, and a broad range of commercial and corporate disputes. Ian also has experience acting as Independent Supervising Solicitor in connection with the execution and administration of Anton Piller Orders.
